My style of massage is informed by over 15 years of experience in the healing arts and therapeutic touch. I integrate aspects of Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, indirect myofascial unwinding, and even my skills in medical intuition, Reiki journeying and clairvoyance to give you a deeply healing and harmonizing experience. All sessions include time before and after to discuss how you’re feeling, what you need, and any insights/guidance that may have come through for you during the massage

Allow your whole self to be held, heard, seen, and healed. We’ll begin with a therapeutic massage tailored to your current needs. As the session unfolds, I will seamlessly integrate the Reiki into the massage until finally we spend the last 30 minutes or so focused solely on the energy healing. This session leaves you in a state of total tranquility and clarity. You’ll feel balanced and at peace in your entire body, mind, and soul.
