How It Works:

Week 1: Begin with a 90-minute Intuitive Guidance session: an in-depth Tarot reading to understand the deeper patterns and bigger picture, followed immediately by Energy Balancing Reiki to ground your nervous system and integrate those insights.

Weeks 2-3: Two 60-minute Energy Balancing sessions to anchor the shifts, deepen the work, and help your body fully integrate what's moving.

Why the Three-Week Container Matters:

The compression is essential. These three sessions, stacked intentionally over three weeks, create a momentum that wouldn't happen if spread out over months. The insights build while your nervous system has time to settle between sessions - but not so much time that you fall back into old patterns.

Each session includes time for conversation where we'll unpack what's surfacing, discover insights, and integrate the work. You'll be witnessed and held throughout.
