The essence of Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy: the same energy that makes a seed sprout or an embryo grow. Reiki resonates with the natural healing frequencies in Unconditional Love.
During a session, I act as a "copper wire" for Life Force Energy to be transmitted to you. You can think of a Reiki session like jumping the battery in a car. I act like the jumper cables, giving you (the battery) a boost of energy. The energy creates a safe container that soothes your nervous system and enhances your body's natural ability to heal itself.
I practice a unique style of Reiki which integrates Psychic Energy Mediumship techniques. Through this energetic connection, I scan your energy field for imbalances and blockages. I'll share actionable insights and guidance to support your growth and well-being.
These sessions offer you the opportunity to understand yourself from new, broader perspectives. In this safe space, your body, mind and spirit can clear what's stagnant, balance your flow, and reveal a deeper meaning behind your issues.
You can receive this energy from anywhere in the world. A Distance Reiki session is just as powerful when transmitted remotely as it is in-person. In-person sessions include the added benefit of gentle touch in my healing studio.

We'll then take those insights to the table where you'll enjoy a relaxing Energy Balancing session to ground your nervous system and clear out what isn't serving you.
