This program is designed for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, fragmented or ready for a profound shift.
Together we’ll track the root of your patterns and work directly with the parts of you that have been shaped by trauma, stress, expectations or unmet needs.
In this container you will:
Build a real relationship with the parts of you that have been ignored, silenced or fragmented by past experiences
Transform patterns shaped by trauma (big or subtle) so they no longer run the show

Three 2-hour Guided Inner-Journeys
Three 2-hour Reiki Infused Massages
(six weeks, alternating session types, all sessions are in-person)
Guided Inner-Journey Sessions
Guided Inner-Journeying is a conscious, imaginative exploration similar to a waking lucid dream where we navigate the terrain of your energy, unconscious patterns and deeper wisdom. Anyone can access this state with guidance.
These sessions may involve shamanic tools such as:
Soul Retrieval - reclaiming vital energy that has been lost or fragmented
Energy Extraction - transforming energies that feel obstructive, draining or disruptive
Power Exchange - rebalancing the energetic relationship between you and someone/something in your life
We follow what your energy needs in the moment. Each journey is unique, intuitive and purposeful.
Reiki Infused Massage Sessions
Reiki Massage blends hands-on therapeutic bodywork with Energy Balancing to support transformation on both the physical and energetic levels.
Your body holds your history. Tension, bracing, numbness and pain are often echoes of emotional and energetic patterns. Working on the physical tissues while simultaneously shifting the metaphysical layers helps your system:
Feel safe enough to open
Integrate emotional and energetic changes
Trust the process of releasing old survival patterns
Anchor new clarity, strength and balance
This modality ensures that what shifts internally can take root fully in your lived experience.
The Arc of the Program
Each session includes time for conversation where we’ll unpack what’s been surfacing, name insights and integrate the work. Nothing is too strange, too heavy or too much here. This is a confidential space where your whole experience is welcome. Being witnessed is part of the healing.
We’ll begin with a Guided Inner-Journey in the first week, followed by the Reiki Massage, alternating between the two each week. With every visit you’ll be deepening your connection to spirit and building trust in yourself.
This program is based on methods I learned in Renee LaVallee McKenna’s Spiritual Psi-kology mentorship, adapted and expanded to fit my own practice.

This package consists of six sessions intended to be used consecutively over six weeks, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. You can choose to pay in full or schedule weekly or bi-weekly payments.
